Insight and vision have made Lehman Properties a successful development company for over 30 years.

Arnold Lehman joined forces with his brother Don in 1966 to form Lehman Construction after the two had left their respective jobs to build full time. The Lehman brothers began to develop land in Northwest Arkansas that included mainly residential properties, including Rural Oak Estates, Cedar Brooke, and Centre Court.

In 1977, Arnold Lehman formed Arnold Lehman Builders, Inc., from which evolved Hanover, Inc., a residential development company, Village on the Creeks, Inc., a retail and commercial development, and Lehman Properties, the leasing and management entity for all retail and professional office sales and rentals.

Arnold Lehman is the principal in each of the current company entities and maintain a hands-on approach to every aspect of the business. Both address specific needs and budgets. When the final drawings are complete, an outside engineer/architect is employed to review the drawings. This can result in significant savings for the client, since the architectural services are not necessary until the end of the design process.
